WEDDING COORDINATOR

Pre-Planning

• unlimited communication before the wedding 

• 2 months in advance: virtual meeting to review all details of your wedding, including:

  • • vendor and venue contracts and expectations

    • reveal and ceremony details 

    • cocktail hour details 

    • reception details  

    • accommodation and/or transportation details

Pure Dutch will then...

• create a detailed wedding itinerary 

• become the main point of contact for your venue and vendors

• prepare your vendor itinerary and update as required

Wedding Day

• arrival 3 hours before guests, until dessert/first dance

• includes basic set-up (i.e. placecards, receiving table, guest favours, etc.)

• ensure all vendor deliveries are accurate

• manage and review expectations with on-site vendors and venue

• follow the agreed-upon itinerary for the day

• assist couple, bridal party, and family as needed

• line up and direct the ceremony (including music if needed)

• ensure meals are on time and accurate, while directing MC and speeches

• transfer of any decor (i.e. ceremony to reception)

• access to wedding kit

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

• lead ceremony rehearsal 

• set up (arrival when venue opens)

• tear down (until 1 hour past venue closing)
